We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team and help establish PDQ in these new regions while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-volume manufacturing clients in target markets outside the Midwest.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions using PDQ’s fixturing, indexable tooling, and solid carbide offerings.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality, custom solutions that meet client specifications.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight PDQ’s capabilities.
• Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding targets for revenue and market expansion.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to align client needs with PDQ’s capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or engineering, ideally in manufacturing or tooling.
• Strong understanding of custom fixturing and tooling applications, including indexable and solid carbide tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing processes and requirements.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales for custom-engineered solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
