Linamar Structures (Formerly Mobex Workholding, previously Busche Workholding) (Founded in 2001, Albion, Indiana) – Acquired by PDQ in 2024

Established in 2001 and headquartered in Albion, Indiana, this company was originally known as Busche Workholding, a premier supplier of CNC workholding solutions specializing in high-quality fixtures for automotive and heavy industrial applications. After a period of growth and restructuring, Busche Workholding was rebranded as Mobex Workholding, and later became part of Linamar Structures, a division of Linamar Corporation. Despite these changes, the company remained a leader in engineering robust and innovative workholding solutions. PDQ acquired Linamar Structures’ workholding division in 2024, expanding our ability to support a broader range of industries while maintaining the high standards of quality and precision that defined its legacy.
